OUR SHIPPING & RETURNS

Goods are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

For small orders we send out goods via DPD on a Next Working Day service to mainland Great Britain *excludes some remote locations. For large orders the goods are sent on a pallet by a pallet company and can take upto 3 days.

We will take back any hopper within 14 days that is unused and returned in the same packaging and condition as delivered. The return cost is payable by you. This excludes any custom hoppers or Business to Business transactions
